Episodes like 'Cripple Fight' introduce Jimmy as a 'handi-capable' kid and feature Big Gay Al's return as scoutmaster, who is fired amid parental fears of pedophilia, but these are used to lampoon PC language, disability rivalries, and homophobic stereotypes through crude humor and absurd fights, not to advance DEI or LGBTQ+ agendas. 'Here Comes the Neighborhood' satirizes classism and racism via Token inviting rich Black families, portraying the town's backlash as petty rather than unpacking systemic oppression. Other episodes target environmentalism ('Terrance and Phillip: Behind the Blow'), stem cell debates ('Kenny Dies'), and post-9/11 absurdity without embedding social justice narratives.

Casting remains consistent with the show's core white kid ensemble plus Token and Chef, with no race/gender-swapping or forced diversity. Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone hail it as their best season, rejecting PC in commentary.

Reception highlights its provocative brilliance, with controversies over offensiveness, not wokeness. This season exemplifies pure entertainment-focused storytelling free from contemporary identity politics or activist intent.
