Terms of Service

Subscription: Wokeometer Pro is available as a recurring subscription billed either monthly ($5.00/month) or annually ($36.00/year) through Stripe, at your choice. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle at the price for your selected plan unless cancelled.

Free Trial:New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged for your selected plan when the trial ends, and your subscription will continue on that recurring basis. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends through the "Manage Subscription" option on your dashboard to avoid being charged. Each customer is eligible for one free trial.

Cancellation:You may cancel your Pro membership at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option on your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Failed Payments:If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge over the following days. Your Pro access continues uninterrupted during this retry period. If payment ultimately cannot be collected, your subscription will be cancelled and Pro access will end. You can update your payment method at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option on your dashboard.

Referral Discounts:If you sign up using a friend's referral link, you may receive a one-time 20% discount on your first month of the monthly plan. This discount applies only to new subscriptions and is limited to one use per account.

Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. Since you may cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of the billing period, no prorated or full refunds will be issued for partial months. If you experience a billing issue (e.g., you were charged but not upgraded), please contact us at business@wokeometer.app and we will resolve it promptly.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Post abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful content in comments or reviews
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Our Content: All analyses, scores, and site content are the property of Wokeometer. You may share or reference our scores with attribution, but may not reproduce our analysis content in bulk or for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your Content: By posting comments, reviews, or notes on the Service, you grant Wokeometer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

Third-Party Content: Movie, TV, game, and book metadata is sourced from third-party APIs (TMDB, IGDB, Google Books). Poster images and media descriptions are the property of their respective rights holders.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WOKEOMETER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Analysis scores are generated by automated systems and represent automated assessments of cultural themes. They are opinions of our system and are not statements of fact. Individual interpretations of media content may vary — our scores are tools for informed decision-making, not definitive judgments.
