Lovecraft's cosmic horror. The premise revolves around humorously affirming hope over apocalyptic cynicism, with no progressive ideological elements embedded in the storytelling, characters, or themes.

Casting features a mix of actors including white leads and black supporting cult members, but this appears organic for a New York indie production without any race/gender-swapping, forced diversity quotas, or identity-focused arcs. There are no lectures on systemic oppression, identity politics, traditional norm critiques, or LGBTQ+ representation; the focus remains purely on comedic cult antics.

No creator statements emphasize activism or inclusion mandates, and reception is minimal with no controversies, backlash, or 'woke' complaints—it's an obscure festival short praised (or dismissed) solely on comedic merit. This traditional, apolitical approach makes it a refreshing example of unadulterated entertainment free from contemporary social justice intrusions.
