Não é woke, pois, embora os personagens tenham etnias diferentes, isso não interfere na história. A etnia deles não é tratada como um traço central de suas personalidades, nem a cor de suas peles é utilizada como justificativa para que se sintam reprimidos ou para definir seus conflitos.

De 0 a 10, eu daria nota 3 para o wokismo de The Batman. O filme tem pouquíssimas mudanças nesse sentido, basicamente alterando a etnia do Gordon e da Selina. E como personagens já tiveram diferentes etnias em algumas versões das HQs, considero mudanças totalmente aceitáveis e que não interferem na história ou nos personagens.

*The Batman* would have had a good script if forced identity politics hadn't made it predictable: 1) All Black characters are "good guys," including Alfred, Commissioner Gordon, and Selina. 2) All police officers are dishonest, except for the Black ones. 3) All politicians are corrupt, except for the Black ones. 4) All wealthy white men are sexual abusers (except Batman). 5) All the terrorists at the end of the movie are tall, masculine, handsome white men. 6) The female villain turns into a "heroine" simply because she steals from wealthy white men—oh, and she’s Black and bisexual. 7) The other heroine is a Black female politician from the Democratic Party who is set to be elected mayor. 8) There are only two types of women in this movie: strong women or women abused by men.
